The mind which man has been given
has stored all life’s concerns
even though a person might be saved
God’s truth must still be learned

and man must grow in that knowledge
in how to live sin free
by renewing the mind through Christ
to gain the victory

evil programming still lingers
its visions remain clear
as Satan tries to keep his ground
from strongholds built on fear
____
where weaknesses everyone has
the enemy shall find
temptations to fight against you
in the thoughts of your mind
____
bless God for the blood which covers
confession is the key
in dealing with unrighteous acts
from lusts that torture thee
____
for Jesus knows the heart of man
the thoughts that man thinks of
need grace established by His work
where nothing halts His love
____
keeping His children in holiness
as each does seek His mind
no power can take that away
wisdom from God divine
